What should I do if I smell gas?
They will come out any time of day or night if you
suspect a gas leak and should be able to identify
the faulty appliance and isolate it so you can
continue to use your other gas appliances safely.
In some cases, however, they will turn off the gas
supply to your home if the problem cannot be
identified.
You can then telephone us to arrange for one of our engineers to call and repair the faulty appliance as soon as we possibly can.
